★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really clever name for the place. I ordered pancakes and was not impressed at all. They’re vegan pancakes which I wasn’t expecting, but they didn’t seem cooked properly. They were really gooey and mushy like eating oatmeal in the shape of pancakes. Not what I was expecting so I didn’t enjoy at all. Served with honey, not maple syrup.

Tends to be very busy, and had to put just 3 stars due to the staff allowing for big tourist guided visits right in the main service room during a busy hour, when you just wanna chill and eat your desayuno. What the hell are they (not) thinking!?

Waited 30 minutes for a lemonade, another 45 for the croissant (which only came 2 minutes after asking if they forgot), another 10 minutes for the check after asking, and when i asked if they'd give a discount for the terrible service and wasted time they served us, they generously gave a 15 peso discount ? of which they actually forgot to give because the check was for full price. Place is a joke. If you want a delicious breakfast and great service, go to Maya Pakal on Francisco l Madera. It's not vegan but you can find vegan options. They have breakfast packets that are the best I've found yet and service is spot on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a coffee on the terrace on a tranquil little square on the outskirts of San Cristobal. Coffee is great and they also have very tasty pastries and bread (to take home). It is very popular with foreign tourists - almost too popular.
