Yo compre una hace 3 meses y se empezo a rasgar del descansa brazos. Quise aplicar la garantía pero solo mencionaron esto "Hola Arturo gracias por compartirnos las fotografías solicitadas, te comento que tu silla kultec cuenta con un año de garantía a partir de tu fecha de compra en defectos de fabricación, sin embargo tus descansa brazos presentan rupturas laterales y daño síntoma de roses, desgaste o mal uso de las mismas, por lo que tu garantia no aplica en este caso, sin embargo aún está vigente y cualquier otra duda o aclaración que requieras estamos a tu servicio saludos."
