Cada semana varían los ejercicios; así que puedes practicar desde lo más intenso físicamente, hasta aprender cómo meditar. Los horarios son flexibles y los precios accesibles, de modo tal que puedes pagar el número de clases al mes y asistir en los horarios y días que tú decidas; así como el pago de clase individual. Hay sesiones para niños, adultos y mujeres embarazadas. Ojo: Hay que avisar a los maestros si se padece alguna LESIÓN DE LA COLUMNA. También atiende un experto en quiropráctica.
 I loved the experience of being able to practice yoga for the first time. Combine postures, breathing and meditation. Every week the exercises vary; so you can practice from the most physically intense, to learning how to meditate. The schedules are flexible and the prices accessible, so that you can pay the number of classes per month and attend the times and days that you decide; as well as the payment of individual class. There are sessions for children, adults and pregnant women. Note: You have to notify the teachers if you have a COLUMN INJURY. A chiropractic expert also attends.
