★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas instalaciones con clima artificial, regaderas y aseos limpios, para adultos y para niños, el agua de la alberca es tratada con sales y no con cloro, el agua tiene regulado el ph y la tempretaura, así como el exterior, tiene estacionamiento para clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, quisiera levantar una queja contra un instructor. el dìa de hoy 23 de sept, el instructor que se firmo a las 8 am de la mañana. Me parece el peor instructor que tienes en tu fitness center. Estabamos 11 personas en ese turno de las 8 am a 9 am y el llego a parte de tarde, llega no se presenta. y se pone en el celular a dar clases en linea de ejercicios, se me hace una falta completa de respeto, hacia los que estamos pagando por el servicio de alberca he instruccion que tienes en tus suscripciones. Imaginate llega tarde y ademas no le hace caso a las 11 personas que estamos ahi, cuando termina su clase a las 11:35 am, se sale del area de alberca a hablar por telefono hasta las 11:45 am, y despues de eso los minutos restantes de la hora, se pone a cotorrear con una chava que estaba en la alberca.
Se me hace mucha falta de profesionalismo, respeto a hacia las personas que estan pagando por el servicio y ademas un completo robo hacia tu centro , por que le estamos pagando por clases o por un servicio que no esta dando, le importa mas la gente en su celular que los que tiene presentes.
si yo fuera una persona nueva, y veo que tienes ese nivel de servicio y ese nivel de respeto y compromiso hacia los que van ni vuelvo a pagarte la mensualidad y eso creo que afecta al dueño, por que pierdes clientes y le pagas a. alguien que no hace su trabajo. Saludos
