Hablamos por teléfono con un muchacho para decirle que íbamos para allá porque según el horario dice cierran a las 10 PM y dijo que estaba bien...vamos llegando y cuál es nuestra sorpresa? CERRADO! Lástima era una visita de Guadalajara que quería probar sus nieves, y nos vamos con un súper SÚPER mal sabor de boca.
Terrible service. The location marks another direction. We spoke on the phone with a boy to tell him that we were there because according to the schedule says close at 10 PM and said he was OK ... let's coming and what our surprise? CLOSED! Too bad it was a visit of Guadalajara who wanted to try their snow, and let us with a super super bad taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es diferente, muy limpio y bien decorado. El tiempo de espera es algo largo y no cuentan con todo lo que ponen en el menú. El Personal fue bastante amable explicándonos como funcionaba la dinámica. La nieve de Matcha es muy rica.
The place is different, very clean and well decorated. The waiting time is somewhat long and they don't have everything they put on the menu. The staff was quite friendly explaining how the dynamics worked. Matcha snow is very rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado mas feo que he comido, segun de nutella sabia a pura crema de vainilla de baja calidad, y el pan estaba SALADO (no, no un salado de "hay es un toque parte del pan" o asi es...) era un hotcake salado. Aparte el personal ni te pela estan ocupados con el telefono tuvimos que adivinar que teníamos que recoger el taiyaki en la ventanita porque se limitaron a servirlo y continuar en su cel por cierto avise a la pagina de esto y su unico mensaje fue "es que son nuevos" capaciten bien a su personal caramba, o minimo preocúpense porque edtan entregando algo de pesimo sabor ?
The ugliest ice cream I've ever eaten, according to Nutella, it tasted like pure low-quality vanilla cream, and the bread was SALTED (no, not a salty "there is a touch part of the bread" or so ...) it was a salty hotcake. Besides, the staff don't even peel you, they are busy with the phone, we had to guess that we had to pick up the taiyaki at the little window because they just served it and continued in their cell, by the way, tell the page about this and their only message was "is that they are new "train your staff well, gosh, or at least worry because they are delivering something bad taste ?
