★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really liking it so far ! The teacher is so nice and attentive to each of her students, calling each one by their name and adapting the practice to their physical capability. You need to come with your own towel and water but otherwise they lend you the rest (yoga mattress, wood blocks etc).
