Kuroshinju Tea - 97133 Mérida

Son lo mejor en Merida en cuanto a frappe , todos saben súper ricos, mi familia y yo somos súper fans , las galletas son extremadamente deliciosas, la atención al cliente es algo en lo qué hay que trabajar, pero las bebidas en verdad que se llevan todo el crédito! Deliciosas!

Lo visitamos mi mujer y yo, ella pidió un chai helado y yo una bebida de coco, la de ella no nos gustó tanto, la mía por si sola se ganaría las 5 estrellas. Precio ligeramente elevado a mi gusto pero no tengo tantos precios de referencia de la ciudad.

Delicioso de los mejores cafés aquí en Mérida, sabor distinguido y ambiente muy agradable, la verdad lo recomiendo bastante, fue mi primera visita y creo ya encontré mi cafetería de cajón, volveré pronto por más café definitivamente.

El lugar es excelente es muy acogedor y los productos muy ricos, solo considero que a el personal le falta mejorar un poco la atención, por lo demás excelente hasta la decoración es bonita.

No soy muy fan de la tapioca, sin embargo este lugar tiene muy buenas propuestas en su menú de bebidas y ña tapioca es un ingrediente fundamental en ellas. Al final terminé amando la tapioca y definitivamente regresaría a este lugar.

The taro and cafe drinks were fine. However, the employees lack training. A simple "hola", "bienvenidos", something..... I entered walked up to the counter order as there were no other customers. The guy working at the register didn't acknowledge me standing there so I said "buenas tardes". He looked up at me, didn't say a word and then turned and walked away. A girl also working there came over and started typing on the computer. Also didn't say a single thing to me as I continued to stand uncomfortably just staring her. I asked her "hay una problema con la sistema?". She responded no just kept typing. "Puedo ordenar??" I order and give her the money. She dumps my change on the counter instead of putting it in my outstretched hand. No "gracias"....nothing. They make my two drinks and put them on the counter without saying a word. Again, didn't say "gracias", "tenga un buen día", nothing. I'm not new here, I speak Spanish (well enough) and can say was unfortunately one the rudest experiences I've here. Just say hello and thank you to customers.....it's not hard!

Was really tasty. The table was a little dirty but the service was lovely, despite other reviews. I don't remember the name of the girl serving us but she had worked in the US over summer :) you're a star.
