★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unschöne Erfahrung mit dem BnB. Ausstattungsmerkmale stimmen nicht mit dem Angaben überein., bspw.. ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden. Bei Reklamationen ( Strom-Klimaausfall bei 38°C ) zeigt sich das Management nicht einsichtig. Außerdem sind Sie bei der Kontaktaufnahme sehr unfreundlich. Haben dort für zwei Nächte im Voraus bezahlt und ca. drei Stunden verbracht. Eine Rückerstattung ist nicht zustande gekommen( nicht Mal über Booking.com). Wir haben uns dort sehr viele Ärger eingefangen. Nie wieder !!!
Unpleasant experience with the BnB. Features do not match the information. For example, there is no balcony. In the case of complaints (electricity-air conditioning failure at 38°C), the management does not show understanding. Also, you are very rude when contacting them. Prepaid for two nights and stayed about three hours. A refund did not come about (not even via Booking.com). We got into a lot of trouble there. Never again !!!
