★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with KW Allende to help me successfully find a two-bedroom UNFURNISHED apartment or house near Centro on a tight schedule.
That’s not easy to do in a resort/vacation town that optimizes for short-term or seasonal furnished rentals.
Miriam “Mimi” Caro did an exceptional job to sit down with me to understand my needs, expectations, budget history for my years here — things like that. And did she aggressively go to work!
On top of that, Mimi went the extra mile to prepare a bi-lingual rental contract. The legal content in Spanish in columns on the left side, with corresponding columns in English on the right. Everybody knew what I was getting into, especially including me. And every one of my suggested changes to fine-tune was readily agreed-to.
Obviously,they’re highly recommend for consideration.
