★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, tardan muchisimo en sus procesos, hay que estarlos llamando a cada rato para que realicen su trabajo, no cumplen con sus fechas, ponen muchisimos pretextos y se hechan la culpa entre los mismos miembros de su equipo, tienen cero comunicacion tanto entre ellos como con el cliente, no se hacen responsables si algo hacen mal, simplemente dicen que eso no les toca a ellos cuando hay evidencia de lo contrario. Definitivamente no los recomiendo.
Terrible customer service, they take a long time in their processes, you have to be calling them all the time to do their work, they do not meet their dates, they make many excuses and they blame themselves among the members of their team, they have zero communication both with each other as with the client, they are not responsible if they do something wrong, they simply say that it is not their turn when there is evidence to the contrary. I definitely do not recommend them.

No cumplen con lo que ofrecen de tener tu propiedad publicada en todos los portales de bienes raíces, y culpan al sistema informático. Lo cierto es que trabaja gente inepta, desde la ejecutiva hasta la gerente pasando por el de sistemas. Falta profesionalismo y supervisión. Si los eliges para vender tu propiedad, asegúrate que te manden los enlaces de todos los portales que disque manejan. No lo recomiendo.
Very bad experience. I wasted 9 valuable months with them. They do not comply with what they offer to have your property published on all real estate portals, and they blame the computer system. The truth is that inept people work, from the executive to the manager through systems. Lack of professionalism and supervision. If you choose them to sell your property, make sure they send you the links of all the portals they handle. I do not recommend it.
