Empezare diciendo que el personal es muy amable, desafortunadamente los problemas comenzaron con la lentitud para revisar primero el auto, después, me dijeron que no podían hacerle nada al auto si no revisaban el alternador, cito textual el mensaje “Hola buena tarde, este es tu scaner y se necesita reparar el alternador $2600 para poder revisarlo( no retiene la carga)”. Es descabellada la cifra, fui por el auto, Y me cobraron $390.00 por el escáner y $100.00 pesos por inflarle la llanta que se había desinflado con el pretexto de que estaba mal montada y la “montaron bien”, así que prácticamente $500.00 por nada. Lo peor vino cuando saqué el coche y a unos 500 metros se apago sin encender más, cosa que no hacía antes de llevarlo, un eléctrico fue a ayudarme y solucionó el problema por $1,200.00 pesos, incluido el costo por ir, llevárselo, y cambiar una pieza.
