★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no me hicieron valida la garantia para una reparacion, siendo que aun estaba dentro del mes de vigencia, no recomiendo para nada su servicio en mantenimiento de minisplit, no hacen bien el mantenimiento y al final el cliente es el que sufre las consecuencias con el caloron que hace en estas fechas
Terrible service, they did not validate the guarantee for a repair, being that it was still within the month of validity, I do not recommend their service in minisplit maintenance at all, they do not do the maintenance well and in the end the customer is the one who suffers the consequences with the heat that it is doing on these dates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes les recomendaba y hasta les compré dos equipos (uno inverter de 2 toneladas) y por más de 5 años le dieron el servicio a todos mis aires, pero ya las últimas veces llegaban muy tarde de la hora que habíamos acordado y el colmo fue hoy que les pedí un servicio y simplemente no llegaron. Y eso que llame dos días antes y disque lo agendaron. El pretexto es que pusieron al técnico a descargar material en la bodega. No avisaron ni nada. Su solución? Ir cuando se les de la gana, que ellos me avisaban. Es ridículo. Si algo sobra aquí es gente que quiere trabajar. Estás son ganas de perder clientes. Que decepción
I used to recommend them and I even bought them two pieces of equipment (a 2-ton inverter) and for more than 5 years they gave the service to all my airs, but the last few times they arrived very late from the time we had agreed on and the last straw was today I asked them for a service and they just didn't come. And that I called two days before and they dialed it up. The pretext is that they put the technician to unload material in the warehouse. They didn't notify me or anything. Your solution? Go when they feel like it, they let me know. It's ridiculous. If something is left over here, it is people who want to work. You are wanting to lose customers. What a disappointment
