★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primera vez visitando el lugar, sin embargo no me quedaron ganas de volver :(. Me agrado demasiado el servicio, y la personalidad de las chicas que atienden, pero el sistema de citas y prioridades muy mal.
Yo asistí por uñas y pedicure.
Las uñas todo bien y estaba por pasar al pedicure, la siguiente para usar el cuarto donde se presta este servicio era yo. Incluso ya me habían llamado y parado para pasar. Una señora que llegó mucho después preguntó cuánto se tardarían conmigo porque ella no quería esperar.
A las personas encargadas no les importó que yo hubiese llegado primero y ni me dijeron que pasaba, sólo me pidieron que esperará. Pasaron casi 40 min y decidí irme pues literalmente me saltaron, sin valorar los tiempos ni lugares. Me quedé sin mi servicio, con horas perdidas y un mal sabor de boca. Ojalá presten más atención.
Pd. Un cliente nuevo es igual de valioso que un cliente frecuente.
It was my first time visiting the place, however I did not want to go back :(. I liked the service too much, and the personality of the girls who attend, but the appointment system and priorities very bad.
I attended for nails and pedicures.
The nails are all good and I was about to go to the pedicure, the next one to use the room where this service is provided was me. They had even already called me and stopped to pass. A lady who arrived much later asked how long it would take with me because she didn't want to wait.
The people in charge did not care that I had arrived first and they did not tell me what was happening, they only asked me to wait. Almost 40 minutes passed and I decided to leave because they literally jumped me, without valuing the times or places. I was left without my service, with hours lost and a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they will pay more attention.
P.S. A new customer is just as valuable as a repeat customer.
