★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es cálida, el menú diverso de comida mexicana, jugos, desayunos (como bien saben, ofrecen productos hechos de amaranto -por ello el título del restaurante-), un precio accesible, y para mí: uno de los mejores cafés de olla. Buena opción para llenar de energía el cuerpo después de aventurarse por el Bosque de Tlalpan.
 The service is warm, the diverse menu of Mexican food, juices, breakfasts (as you well know, they offer products made from amaranth -that is why the restaurant's title-), an accessible price, and for me: one of the best pot coffees . Good option to fill the body with energy after venturing through the Tlalpan Forest.
