★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment this morning the lady stated she recommends appointments since there very busy. So I did that. I get there and the young stylist said it was good to be 15 minutes. I told her that's reason I made the appointment. She wasn't friendly very rude. So I kindly told her I'll just reschedule and then young helper tells me I'm ready for you I ask who she was she stated I'm the wash girl. So supposedly the owner was doing another color. And then she yelled from the back. Ans very disrespectful She said we do have clients we have to attend. Well what hell are appointments for? And she is owner (Lilian) I was embarrassed. She didnt care if I made the appointment or not. I WILL NOT BECOMING BACK!! YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT IF THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS. ITS NOT GUARANTEED!!!
