It is an irresponsible agency and I have been stranded in Mexico for 2 months because of its incompetence, I understand about the covid19 but the airlines have already been working for a month and they do not give me the solution, they only tell me to wait, I ask them how long I have to wait for them to comply with me. What did you get at your agency?
