Al pasar los años, en 1999 "Doña Mari" le ofrece a su hija Silvia y familia la administración de la fonda y con ello viene el segundo cambio significativo con el diseño y la comercialización del logotipo y colores, incremento de 12 a 23 guisados, implementación de freidoras industriales, servicio a domicilio, el requerimiento de más personal y la preparación de nuevos antojitos como pambazos, gorditas, sopes, huaraches y enchiladas. Conservando las recetas tradicionales, su sabor y calidad en cada platillo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta venir a este lugar a comer, todo es muy rico e higiénico, el lugar siempre impecable y el personal es muy amable. Precios bien accesibles además. Se puede estacionar en la calle, zona segura. Aceptan tarjetas. Lo unico es que pidan salsa nueva, pues con esto se la pandemia no cambian las salsas ni desechan las que estuvieron en otras mesas... pero pues esto será dificil en la mayoria de restaurantes.
I love coming to this place to eat, everything is very tasty and hygienic, the place is always impeccable and the staff is very friendly. Very affordable prices as well. You can park on the street, safe area. They accept cards. The only thing is that they ask for a new sauce, because with this the pandemic doesn't change the sauces or discard the ones that were on other tables... but this will be difficult in most restaurants.

Las tostadas son bastante bien servidas y con mucho sabor, si eres de las personas que les gusta la sal, deberás poner un poco mas. El precio es razonable para la porción servida.
