Sin embargo la atención en la sucursal de Bocanegra recientemente ha ido decayendo, recién que abrieron atendían muy bien, ahora uno puede estar ahí parado por más de 10min sin ser atendido, o seguido sucede que aún que uno llegue primero, atienden a 4 o 5 personas antes aún que uno indique que llegó primero, se duermen en sus laureles por que sus productos son buenos y en la zona no hay ningún otro comercio que tenga como opción. Casi nunca usan el sistema de turnos y es un desorden.
The products are generally good, the best they have are sausages and hams. However, the service at the Bocanegra branch has recently been declining, just after they opened they served very well, now one can stand there for more than 10 minutes without being served, or it often happens that even if one arrives first, they serve 4 or 5 people even before one indicates that they arrived first, they rest on their laurels because their products are good and in the area there is no other business that they have as an option. They hardly ever use the shift system and it's a mess.

I liked it better when I could buy loose bacon since now they only sell it in half kilo packages.
