Como los que te atienden no son carniceros con experiencia, te dan la carne lleno de pellejo y grasa. De un kilo que compré fueron 200 gr de grasa y pellejo, y lo pesé. Compré "un pollo disque completo" y me dieron mitad de pechuga y una ala. Normalmente un pollo completo viene entre 8 y 10 pzas y sólo me dieron 6.
