★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente está bien solo si deberían respetar los horarios porque ya me a tocado ir y está cerrado y se supone que a esa hora debe de estar abierto... no se cómo estén manejando los horarios si hubo algún cambio por la pandemia!
Customer service is fine only if they should respect the schedules because I have already had to go and it is closed and it is supposed that at that time it must be open ... I do not know how they are handling the schedules if there was any change due to the pandemic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas y la gerente son groseras y nunca tienen milanesa empanizada que no sea de pollo, siendo que deberían tener de las tres, es en la única sucursal que he tenido mala experiencia.
The employees and the manager are rude and they never have breaded milanesa that is not chicken, being that they should have all three, it is in the only branch that I have had a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Que tal! Ya son varias ocaciones en las que he comprado en esta sucursal, desgraciadamente el personal que tienen, en su mayoria señoras, estan malhumoradas, a ecepcion de la señora que usa lentes.
Pero cuidado con que te atienda una señora de tez morena, en una ocasión, dijo: quien sigue? A lo que conteste: ¡yo! Y me dice si no se forma de este lado no la atiendo, pero lo dijo de una manera muy mal educada. Yo supuse que al tener un turno bastaba. Y mas detalles con esta señora.
How are you! There are already several occasions in which I have bought in this branch, unfortunately the staff they have, mostly ladies, are grumpy, except for the lady who wears glasses.
But beware that a dark-skinned lady attends you, on one occasion, she said: who's next? To which I reply: me! And she tells me if she doesn't form on this side I won't listen to her, but she said it in a very rude way. I assumed that having a turn was enough. And more details with this lady.
