★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo acudo a la sucursal de Las Trojes y no usan adecuadamente el cubre boca. No respetan la entrada a su estacionamiento. Y mal servicio en despachar y en caja. No me gustó que en diversas ocasiones, 3, me han dado lo de unas cubetas descongelado y SIN refrigerar de quien sabe cuánto tiempo y no lo que yo veo en la vitrina. La realidad es que hay buenos precios pero ¿lo vale?

Después de escoger la carne y cosas que llevaría, la cajera nos informa que "alguien se le olvidó cargar la terminal para cobrar con tarjeta de crédito" y que sólo aceptaba efectivo. La persona que estaba adelante tuvo que salir, ir al Banco Azteca que está al lado, sacar efectivo y pagarlo. Nosotros sólo llevabamos poco efectivo y tuvimos que dejar todo lo demás (una compra de 5 artículos) y llevarnos una parte. Todo esto después de 25 minutos. Mal servicio.

La atencion en la tienda de la calle olimpica por Aracelli muy bien, el corporativo y contabilidad horrendo, no merecen ni la estrella completa.
