★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy agradable para pasar un tranquilo fin de semana. El personal es muy atento desde que pedimos información por whats hasta nuestro último momento en sus instalaciones. Todos muy amables y eso le da un plus. Lo recomiendo!
 It is a very nice place to spend a quiet weekend. The staff is very attentive from the moment we ask for information by whats until our last moment at their facilities. All very friendly and that gives it a plus. I recommend it!

A very familiar but very beautiful place, indoor pools. Some parts are still under construction but a nice place for events or just to go swimming with the family

We really liked the place, we just went this weekend, the cabins very comfortable and beautiful, ideal to rest with the family; Mr. Enrique very kind and attentive. I have a good experience so I will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido una vez antes de ésta visita y todo estuvo agradable, pero ésta ocasión fue distinto, no nos agradó el servicio ya que cuando llegamos ya no estaba limpio el jacuzzi, hoy por la mañana tampoco estuvo limpió y no nos quisieron brindar el servicio de temazcal, respecto al cuarto estuvo muy bien, fue una cabaña estaba limpia y nos prestaron las cobijas que les pedimos para dormir, está muy bonito el lugar solo deberían cuidar esos detalles.
I had gone once before this visit and everything was pleasant, but this time it was different, we did not like the service since when we arrived the jacuzzi was no longer clean, this morning it was not clean either and they did not want to provide us with the service of Temazcal, regarding the room it was very good, it was a cabin, it was clean and they lent us the blankets that we asked for to sleep, the place is very beautiful, they should only take care of those details.
