★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a las dos áreas que tienen, Madereria y ferretería. Las personas que atienden en Madereria son atentos y capacitados; pero en el area de ferretería no me supieron contestar ninguna de mis preguntas y se tardaron mucho en atenderme porque les preguntaba algo y se seguían de largo, aún teniendo yo mi turno de pasar. Creo deben capacitar mejor esa área.
 I went to the two areas they have, lumberyard and hardware store. The people who serve in Madereria are attentive and trained; but in the hardware store area they didn't know how to answer any of my questions and they took a long time to attend to me because I asked them something and they kept going, even though I had my turn to pass by. I think they should better train that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are good. Customer service is one of the worst in my entire life if I could give negative stars I 100% would. I went to buy 15 sheets of plywood. 2 hrs later and still the truck isn't loaded. Extremely slow. The employees are rude, they treat you like you are a bother, get upset if you interrupt their conversations WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES or they just ignore you completely. I hope this improves but I highly doubt it.
