★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de una exquisita birria tradicional, así como otros deliciosos platillos de la gastronomía mexicana como cochinita pibil, suadero preparado de diferentes formas (entomatado, en chile guajillo, en salsa verde, entre otras) y tacos, huaraches y quesadillas de diferentes guisados: hongos con queso, suadero, cochinita, etc. Pero lo más relevante es que, para aquellas personas que no consumen carne y/o cuidan su peso, se preparan huaraches con una base de nopal asado relleno en lugar de masa de maíz, birria vegetariana de setas y sopa de setas, aunque es conveniente preguntar porque la demanda es alta y a veces se agotan o hay platillos que preparan por temporadas.
Muy recomendable, limpio y a precios accesibles. Además, el dueño siempre está al pendiente de la atención a los comensales, quienes pueden seleccionar la música ambiental de su preferencia.
An excellent place to enjoy an exquisite traditional birria, as well as other delicious dishes of Mexican cuisine such as cochinita pibil, suadero prepared in different ways (entomatado, in chile guajillo, in green sauce, among others) and tacos, huaraches and quesadillas de different stews: mushrooms with cheese, suadero, cochinita, etc. But the most important thing is that, for those people who do not consume meat and / or take care of their weight, they prepare huaraches with a base of roasted cactus stuffed instead of corn dough, vegetarian birria of mushrooms and mushroom soup, although it is convenient ask why the demand is high and sometimes they run out or there are dishes that prepare by seasons.
Highly recommended, clean and at affordable prices. In addition, the owner is always aware of the attention to the guests, who can select the environmental music of their preference.
