R	Ruta Trece Veinte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sus sabores y productos están muy bien, sin embargo su logística entre los meseros y la cocina esta muy desordenada a tal punto que los pedidos llegan al revés. la barbacoa en domingo por la mañana y con frio se apetece caliente y en mi última visita el consomé estaba frio, es loable que empleen personas migrantes, es de felicitar, pero es importante capacitarlos bien antes de tener contacto con el publico para que la imagen del lugar no se vea mermada. si hay un chef o jefe de cocina que revise bien sus pedidos para que salgan a tiempo y en el orden correspondiente. ademas es bueno que busquen un sistema de protección para la temporada de frio, ya que es muy incomoda la experiencia de estar esperando la comida y soportando lo helado de la ciudad de Monterrey. Mejor calidad en el servicio y sus productos y menos poster de la dueña en la pared, para que los meseros se concentren en servir y atender bien el negocio. M	MD Carlos JIménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar para ir a probar una tipica Birria, buen sabor, precio älto para la cantidad que te dan, la comida es muy rica, cuenta con varios tipos de salsas y como acompañante te ponen cilantro, cebolla y limones, pedi unas Quesabirrias son en tortilla de maiz de tamaño normal, no tiene mucho queso, ni tampoco birria, te cobran $3 pesos mas por Quesadilla si la quieres frita, $30 normal-$33 frita, pedi un consome $30 buen sabor, aunque era mini, sin carne ni nada, solo el caldo, si quieres carne tiene costo extra, en total fueron $121 (2 quesabirrias fritas a $33 c/u + 1 consome $30 + $25 una coca) te cobran 4% extra del total por pagar con tarjeta y agregan 10% de propina a la cuenta, asi que termine pagando ya con propina y comision por tarjeta $138,50. CONCLUSIÓN: buen sabor, porciones pequeñas, un lugar para ir a probar algo diferente ocasionalmente.
