El Globo como pastelería es muy buena, los pasteles y panes tienen un muy rico sabor que compensa lo elevado de sus precios (para lo que son), además de contar con una muy buena gama de opciones. Sin embargo, como cafetería deja mucho que desear, el servicio es muy lento, las opciones a elegir en bebidas es escasa y el sabor es muy promedio. El lugar no es del todo atractivo o cómodo. Creo que ésta panadería funciona muy bien como lo que es, sin pretender ser algo más (cafetería) y en caso de continuar como tal, es necesario que mejoren su menú, sus instalaciones y agilicen su servicio.
