C	Charlie De Santi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calidad y servicio excelente, no le doy 5 debido a que no aceptan tarjetas y el baño está al ingresar a la cocina, ya deberían de haber mejorado esos dos puntos. Excellent quality and service, I don't give it a 5 because they don't accept cards and the bathroom is at the entrance to the kitchen, those two points should have been improved by now.

Las tortillas recién hechas te las dan únicamente si comes ahí en el restaurante, no si pides para llevar. It has lost a bit of the charm of years ago but it is still rich. The freshly made tortillas are given to you only if you eat there in the restaurant, not if you order to go.

Explican muy bien el proceso de preparar la birria. No hay tantas opciones de cerveza, pero claramente no llegas allí para Cervera. La birria está ricisimo, A+. No hay nada más que decir. Ustedes tienen que probar. Y el caldo también trae todo sabor a tu boca, un poco fuerte, sí puedo decir. En menos palabras, estuve al gusto. Voy a visitar más seguido. I had not visited such a nice place for a long time. The couple who runs the place, are very friendly and take care of the customers very well. They explain very well the process of preparing the birria. There are not so many beer options, but clearly you do not get there for Cervera. The birria is ricisimo, A +. There is nothing more to say. You have to try. And the broth also brings all flavor to your mouth, a little strong, yes I can say. In less words, I was at ease. I will visit more often.
U	Ulises Soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La barbacoa estaba buena pero no tenia nada de caldo y solo venden de 250gr ($168) en adelante e incluyen tortillas a mano, el cafe de olla le ponen miel (no sabe mal pero esperaba que fuera tradicional), la ahogada de chicharron me dijieron que si tenia carne pero no la note y en si no fue algo sabroso, solo algo normal que me dejo esprando un poco mas. A lo mejor fue mi mala suerte pero el tienoo de espera fue muy largo (35 min approx) y la organizacion de mesas no estaba bien. Habian mesas de 6 personas y solo 2 comiendo. Deberian de ver la opcion de comprar mesas que puedan dividir conforme a la necesidad para no tener la fila de espera tan larga. The barbecue was good but it had no broth at all and they only sell 250gr ($ 168) and upwards and include hand tortillas, the pot coffee they put honey (it doesn't taste bad but I hoped it was traditional), they told me the choked pork rind I did have meat but I did not notice it and it was not something tasty, just something normal that left me waiting a little more. Maybe it was my bad luck but the waiting time was very long (35 min approx) and the organization of tables was not good. There were tables of 6 people and only 2 eating. They should see the option of buying tables that can be divided according to need so as not to have such a long waiting line.

No lo recomiendo.
