Quedé muy decepcionada de ellos, ni siquiera mi modelo de uñas pude elegir xq ellos ya lo habían hecho por mí, me cortaron mi cabello sin consultarme, solo me aplicaron un tinte obscuro, cuando les pido que me hagan unas luces me comentan que mi cabello postizo sería 2 tonos más claro, simulando unas mechas californianas, yo les creí!!
El día de mi Evento lo peor sucedió, el cabello postizo era obscuro, cómo el tinte, me hicieron un maquillaje de noche, todo brilloso, cuando mi evento comenzó a las 11am, todo diferente a la prueba de maquillaje, yo pagué retoques de peinado y maquillaje, NUNCA REGRESARON, pague x algo que no hicieron y ahora no me quieren hacer devolución de mi retoque que no me hicieron, ya va para 2 meses la boda y ahora ni siquiera me contesta el teléfono su "disque" abogado
Ojalá no caigan en su juego, ellos te van pidiendo depósitos adelantados y te ofrecen promociones, pero no entiendo xq ofrecen cosas que no van a cumplir, si piensan que es lejos de donde los contratas que digan que no desde un principio, finalmente yo les envié mi ubicación desde 1 mes antes x lo menos.
Y si creen q no podrán cumplir xq ya tienen otros eventos q no se alquilen, para q no queden mal como lo hicieron conmigo

The day of my Event the worst happened, the false hair was dark, how the dye, I did a night makeup, all bright, when my event started at 11am, all different from the makeup test, I paid hair styling and makeup, they NEVER RETURNED, I paid for something they didn't do and now they don't want to give me back my touch up that they didn't do, the wedding is already going for 2 months and now they don't even answer the phone their "dial" lawyer
Hopefully they do not fall into their game, they are asking you for advanced deposits and they offer you promotions, but I do not understand why they offer things that they will not fulfill, if they think that it is far from where you hire them to say no from the beginning, finally I I sent my location from 1 month before at least.
And if they believe that they will not be able to comply, they already have other events that are not rented, so that they do not look bad as they did with me
