★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, fui a pedir asesoría para la adquisición de una pieza que necesitaba, me la vendieron y como no dan servicio de mecánica, fui con otro mecánico, el cual me dijo que la pieza que me vendieron no era la medida que mi bicicleta requería, y cuando fui a solicitar el cambio me indican que ellos no hacen cambios, y cuando sugerí que entonces me cambiaran el artículo por otra cosa, me dicen que eso no se puede hacer... un servicio y atención para llorar, sólo fui a tirar mi dinero en este lugar.
Lousy service and attention, I went to ask for advice on the acquisition of a piece that I needed, they sold it to me and since they do not give mechanics service, I went with another mechanic, who told me that the piece they sold me was not the measure that my bike required, and when I went to request the change they tell me that they do not make changes, and when I suggested that they then change my article for something else, they tell me that that can not be done ... a service and attention to cry, just I went to throw my money in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta tienda siempre, siempre tienen una pésima actitud de servicio, he visto que a mecánicos que compran mucho les dan una atención regular, no así si vas pi una o dos piezas, NEFASTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen surtido, pero la atención mala, la señora del mostrador al parecer siempre tiene prisa y atiende de mala gana, cuado quiere hace cambios otras no.
Complicado tratar con gente asi.
Very good assortment, but bad attention, the lady at the counter apparently is always in a hurry and reluctantly attends, when she wants to make changes others not.
Difficult to deal with people like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba buscando unos guantes que me quedaran y un chavo me estaba ayudando a encontrarlos, como ninguno de los primeros dos me quedaron el chavo me dijo: espérame tengo otros atrás y en eso sale un viejo que de seguro es el dueño de la tienda (sarcasmo) y le dijo al chavo ¡No ni se los vayas a buscar, de seguro ni va a comprar nada! Y le respondí al chavo y le dije no amigo gracias ya no llevaré nada gracias al vendedor estrella que tienes de compañero. Al final me fui con una cámara que ya había pagado y me fui.
I was looking for some gloves that would fit me and a guy was helping me find them, as none of the first two left me the guy told me: wait for me I have others behind and in that an old man comes out who is surely the owner of the store (sarcasm ) and he said to the guy, Do not go looking for them, for sure he will not buy anything! And I replied to the guy and I said no friend, thank you, I will not take anything thanks to the star seller that you have as a partner. In the end I left with a camera that I had already paid for and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo interés en comprar bicis por Mayoreo y he leído algunas reseñas y conocer bien el Negocio y me han ayudado a elegir que de TODAS las tiendas BR que aparecen en ésta zona dejan algo de incertidumbre con la atención de servicio al cliente que es parte importante para un negocio.
Gracias por sus reseñas a todas estas personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es muy buena de parte del personal, pero lo que realmente me convenció fueron los precios. Bastante accesibles, encontré lo que buscaba y no gasté tanto como en otros lados. En cuanto a precios y calidad, altamente recomendable el lugar.
