★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option in downtown to taste one of the best birrias in guadalajara, personally I prefer this than the 9 esquinas one. Place is small so plan your visit if coming with a large group. Be early at the place otherwise birria options will be limited. There is a bar in front where you can taste the most common tequilas for reasonable price to assist your digestion.
