★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia mucho antojo de unas quesabirrias y gran desilusión al recibirlas por didi pues no eran más que una tortilla pálida d arina con queso y más que birria tenian muchísimo pellejito estaban aceptables pero definitivamente nada que ver con lo que ofrecen en sus imagenes como quesabirrias!!!
I really wanted some quesabirrias and was very disappointed to receive them by didi because they were nothing more than a pale flour tortilla with cheese and more than birria they had a lot of skin they were acceptable but definitely nothing to do with what they offer in their images as quesabirrias!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo pido por rappi y todo muy rico el consomé tiene mucho sabor sin ser tan grasoso, los dorados son deliciosos y la quecabirria viene en harina con bastante queso!!excelente para desayunar el fin

El sazón de la birria esta muy rico te dan tortillitas, verdura, limones y salsa para tu plato; también tienen otras cosas en el menú pero ahí tienes que probar el plato de birria

No sé si haya sido un mal día para la cocina, pero el consomé no me agradó del todo, me sabe como a consomé con clamato. No tiene el sabor convencional. La carne está bien en términos generales, pero igual, no tiene el sabor tradicional que encuentras en la CDMX. No sé si volvería a comprar aquí. Pensé en poner 3 estrellas, pero las quecabirrias y los dorados sí me gustaron como para subir la calificación.
I just tried the birria, the truth is that I was disappointed since there are very good evaluations of this place. I don't know if it was a bad day for the kitchen, but I didn't like the consommé at all, it tastes like consommé with clamato. It doesn't have the conventional taste. The meat is good in general terms, but still, it does not have the traditional flavor that you find in CDMX. I don't know if I would buy here again. I thought about putting 3 stars, but I liked the quecabirrias and the dorados enough to raise the rating.
