★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este día me di a la tarea de pedir birria de maciza y una surtida la verdad no hay mucha diferencia son casi lo mismo el sabor es muy bueno podría sugerir que los trozos de carne sean mas chicos y las flautas tienen un dorado perfecto pero a la carne de relleno le hace falta un poco de sal.

Considero que le falta más sabor a la birria, los tacos dorados de supieron un poco mejor.
