★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el plato de birria me dio la impresión que se equivocaron, ya que pedí el grande y traía muy poca carne, pedí una quesadilla de menor costo y traía más carne que el plato, no cumplió al cien mis expectativas
In the birria plate I got the impression that they were wrong, since I ordered the large one and it had very little meat, I ordered a less expensive quesadilla and it had more meat than the plate, it did not fully meet my expectations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía altas expectativas del lugar pero todas se desvanecieron. El caldo de la birria está sumamente aguado de tanto diluirlo y carente de sabor y sazón y las quesabirrias super X. Pedí agua de sabor y no tenían.
Lo único a favor es la facilidad de pago con tarjetas bancarias.
I had high expectations of the place but they were all dashed. The birria broth is extremely watery from diluting it so much and lacks flavor and seasoning, and the super X quesabirrias. I asked for flavored water and they didn't have any.
The only thing in favor is the ease of payment with bank cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me la recomendaron, pedí un consomé, y no trae nada de carnita, el clásico consomé viene con carnita (aunque sea poca pero trae).
Luego la quesabirria debería venir sazonada con un poco del caldo y pues nada. Me gustó un buen la salsa de las chalupas. Y también la salsa que trae ajo fileteado, muy buena. La atención es buena, y los baños permanecen limpios.
They recommended it to me, I asked for a consommé, and it doesn't come with any carnitas, the classic consommé comes with carnitas (although it's a little but it comes with it).
Then the quesabirria should come seasoned with a little of the broth and then nothing. I liked a good the sauce of the chalupas. And also the sauce that comes with filleted garlic, very good. The attention is good, and the bathrooms remain clean.
