★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un establecimiento con amplia variedad de producto para nuestras mascotas, pero a últimas fechas el servicio y trato al cliente… deja mucho que desear, meses atrás atendían una señora y dos jóvenes lo cual el servicio era bastante bueno ya que sabían tratar al cliente; ahora hay unas jovencitas las cuales atienden de muy mala gana, nunca cuentan con cambio y mucho menos están familiarizadas con el producto ya que cuando uno les pide el producto dicen no tenerlo cuando uno lo está viendo con sus propios ojos. De ahí en fuera el comercio es muy bueno por la variedad del producto que maneja.
It is an establishment with a wide variety of products for our pets, but lately the service and treatment of the client ... leaves much to be desired, months ago a lady and two young people attended which the service was quite good since they knew how to treat the client; now there are some young women who attend very reluctantly, they never have change and much less are familiar with the product because when you ask them for the product they say they do not have it when you are seeing it with your own eyes. From there on out, the trade is very good because of the variety of the product it handles.
