★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrruinaron unos tenis Tom Ford de terciopelo, les dije que solo quería lavado en la plataforma, me dijeron que lavarían todo y quedarían igual, arruinaron el terciopelo, ahora se ve blanco ( de ser negro) y la textura arruínada. Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo.
They ruined some velvet Tom Ford tennis shoes, I told them I only wanted washed on the platform, they told me they would wash everything and they would be the same, they ruined the velvet, now it looks white (if it is black) and the texture ruined. Terrible service. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pedi que pegara una suela de unas botas UGG y el muy listo despego la suela de la bota que se encontraba bien para decirme que mejor de una vez me hacia las 2 suelas porque pues si no yo iba a regresas en una semanas pidiendole que pegara la otra suela. Enfrente de mi jalo la suela de la bota que no presentaba ningun problema hasta despegar un poco la suela.

También me pasó que no entregaron en la fecha prometida, ni se comunicaron conmigo para notificar este retraso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia terrible, me echaron a perder unos tenis y no quieren hacerse responsables. Muy mal servicio al cliente, la gente de mostrador no sabe explicar cosas tecnicas y no estan en comunicacion directa con el taller que esta en otra parte, por redes sociales también responden lo mismo que gente de mostrador. No confien sus zapatos aquí, dicen que arreglan zapatos de diseñador y unos simples sneakers es un martirio comunicarse con ellos y le den el seguimiento adecuado. En sus politicas dicen que hay un protocolo para cuando arruinan un zapato o lo extravían, pero no lo respetan.
