Pedí complementos para comer y nunca llegaron.
La primer ocasión me hicieron esperar por más de 30 minutos para servir y más tiempo para la cuenta.
Hoy es el último día que regreso a este lugar me cobraron de más y a pesar de que el servicio fue malo ponen jeta por no agregar propina a la cuenta.
Respecto a la comida es muy rica y si llegas en grupo espera una atención de lujo pero si vas en pareja o solo esperate a que los señores tengan tiempo de atender.
Bad experience. On 3 occasions I have been to this place and in all of them the service is not as expected.
I asked for add-ons to eat and they never came.
The first time they made me wait for more than 30 minutes to serve and more time for the bill.
Today is the last day that I return to this place they overcharged me and even though the service was bad they put a face for not adding a tip to the bill.
Regarding the food, it is very rich and if you arrive in a group expect luxury attention but if you go as a couple or just wait for the gentlemen to have time to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Carlota de limón. Con eso cerré mi “menú ejecutivo” el día de hoy. Abrí con una sopa de lima con pollo seguido de un pescado al ajo con salsa Teriyaki, un timbal de arroz blanco y una ensalada de lechuga, tomate y cebolla. Todo de buen sabor y aspecto. No probé los antojitos yucatecos; será en otra ocasión. El lugar es limpio, aunque un poco obscuro para mi gusto. Aceptan tarjeta de crédito. No cuenta con estacionamiento. Se me hizo un poquitín caro, por eso las 4 estrellas.
A lemon Carlota. With that I closed my "executive menu" today. I opened with a chicken lime soup followed by a garlic fish with Teriyaki sauce, a white rice timbale, and a lettuce, tomato and onion salad. Everything tastes and looks good. I did not try the Yucatecan snacks; It will be in other chance. The place is clean, although a bit dark for my taste. They accept credit card. It does not have parking. It was a bit expensive for me, that's why the 4 stars.
