★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, deberían exigir reglas a las franquicias, otras sucursales te ofrecen excelente servicio, en mi experiencia, esta sucursal ha sido la única que nunca tienen nada y te hacen esperar horas, cuando solo hay 3 personas y tu eras la segunda en atención.
Que triste que tengan franquicias con tan pésimo servicio.
Terrible attention, they should demand rules from franchises, other branches offer you excellent service, in my experience, this branch has been the only one that never has anything and makes you wait for hours, when there are only 3 people and you were the second in attention.
How sad that they have franchises with such lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, jamás tienen nada, en serio, pides una cosa y te dicen que no hay cierto ingrediente, cambias y tampoco tienen, nunca hay crema batida, a cambio te dicen que te ponen chispas y te las cobran… nunca hay chocolate, neta fatal no les recomiendo para nada esta franquicia, pésima experiencia.
Los lunes de 2x1 siempre se hacen locos para no aceptar la promo, siendo que en los demás siempre te dicen “la segunda bebida como sería? Es dos por uno el día de hoy”

Terrible service, they never have anything, seriously, you ask for something and they tell you that there is no certain ingredient, you change and they don't have it either, there is never whipped cream, in return they tell you that they put sparks and they charge you for them... there is never chocolate, net fatal I do not recommend this franchise at all, terrible experience.
On 2x1 Mondays they always go crazy not to accept the promo, since in the others they always tell you “what would the second drink be like? It's two for one today."
