★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida y el café están bien no son excelentes. El concepto del lugar es muy bonito aunque de siente pequeño y encerrado. Ofrecen sillones con televisión para ver Netflix y reservación de sala de juntas privada
 Food and coffee are ok not great. The concept of the place is very nice although it feels small and enclosed. They offer armchairs with television to watch Netflix and private meeting room reservation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podrían mejorar el sabor de las bebidas, el chocolate parece de chocomilk y el café cargadisimo. Además sus teléfonos no funcionan, mande correo a su área de sistemas para factura y no contestan, pésimo servicio post venta ??
They could improve the flavor of the drinks, the chocolate looks like chocomilk and the coffee is very strong. Also their phones don't work, send mail to their systems area for billing and they don't answer, lousy after sales service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, a mi no me encanta su oferta pero es el único café que abre a esa hora y para tomar algo rápido no está mal. Ahora, el servicio me pareció fatal, la persona que atiende apenas me contestó el saludo, hasta pensé que quizás no habían abierto aún pues continuó haciendo otras cosas sin preguntarme que querría. Al preguntar por ciertos alimentos, solo dejaba escapar un "no hay" que apenas escuché. Pedí un latte y me pareció escuchar que me preguntó "¿algún tipo de dulce?" (nuevamente, no le escuché bien porque hablaba al suelo) pero en realidad me preguntaba por el tipo de leche. Cuando le dije que no quería dulce, sarcásticamente me dijo "es que el latte, normalmente lleva leche". El barista fue amable pero la persona encargada lo hizo todo de malas, sin ganas de atender.
Personally, I don't love what they offer, but it's the only cafe that opens at that time and for a quick drink it's not bad. Now, the service seemed terrible to me, the person who attends barely answered my greeting, I even thought that perhaps they had not opened yet because he continued doing other things without asking me what I wanted. When asking about certain foods, he just blurted out a "there isn't" that I barely heard. I ordered a latte and I thought I heard him ask "any kind of sweet?" (again, I didn't hear him well because he was talking to the floor) but he was actually asking me about the type of milk. When I told him that I didn't want sweet, he sarcastically told me "the latte usually has milk". The barista was friendly but the person in charge did everything in a bad way, without wanting to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que vengo y el frappe de mocha blanco esta muy rico. Si esta concentrado y es muy rápido cuando lo preparan. Ademas es 2x1 el lunes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido regularmente a otras sucursales y los precios no son accesibles pero vale la pena pagarlos, sin embargo, en esta sucursal de Plaza Zielo (zibatá), hay un tipE como de 60 años pelo chino corto, que no se si decirle señor o señora, que es bien groserE, suciE, y trata a la gente como si les estubiera haciendo un favor, ojala no resulte que sea el dueñE o supervisor, no acudan a esta sucursal, mejor caiganle a la sucursal que esta enfrente del Saki.
