I ordered a pair of boots on Nov. 13 2021. I paid half upfront, 1700MX (approx 85USD), and was told it would take two weeks for me to get my boots. I thought that would be more than enough time to have them ready for Christmas. I called back after two weeks, and was told to wait another two weeks. I called back after two more weeks and was told I had to wait another ten days. I called back after those additional ten days and was told that they still weren't ready. It is now Dec. 24th 2021, and I have absolutely nothing to show for the money or time I have wasted. Every interaction that I have had with this 'company', has been because I contacted them. Not once have they reached out to me, and I have not heard anything from them since the last time I called (I know they have my phone number, its written on the receipt, as well as the receipt copy they gave me). I would not recommend this establishment unless you want to waste your time and money. Pedí un par de botas el 13 de noviembre de 2021. Pagué la mitad por adelantado, 1700MX (aproximadamente 85 USD), y me dijeron que tardaría dos semanas en fabricar mis botas. Pensé que sería tiempo más que suficiente para tenerlos listos para Navidad. Volví a llamar después de dos semanas y me dijeron que esperara otras dos semanas. Volví a llamar después de dos semanas más y me dijeron que tenía que esperar otros diez días. Volví a llamar después de esos diez días adicionales y me dijeron que aún no estaban listos. Ahora es el 24 de diciembre de 2021 y no tengo absolutamente nada que mostrar por el dinero o el tiempo que he perdido. Cada interacción que he tenido con esta 'empresa', ha sido porque los contacté. Ni una sola vez me han contactado, y no he sabido nada de ellos desde la última vez que llamé (sé que tienen mi número de teléfono, está escrito en el recibo, así como la copia del recibo que me dieron). No recomendaría este establecimiento a menos que quiera perder su tiempo y dinero.
