★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi primer visita un poco a la expectativa al llegar a la entrada, un frente tipo bodega que me dejó en duda si se encontraba en funciones. Una vez dentro elegí algo distante del acceso y cocina para poder apreciar toda el área, me reciben con unos totopos y frijoles con un toque algo ahumado que da realce al sabor de dicha entrada de cortesía.
El menú encuentra en una de las paredes y también impreso, si lo deseas vía QR está disponible en tu mesa.
Fueron varias las opciones que contemplaba tanto en carnes como en los sushis fuera de lo tradicional en la zona.
Opté por el sushi Infiernito con un toque flameado, queso derretido, salsa con tocino picante al final y muy bien todo su contenido. Una opción totalmente explosiva para mi paladar en mi primer experiencia de dicho lugar.
La segunda opción una cecina con guacamole (porciones muy buenas) delgada como lo debe ser sobre una tabla aún apreciando el vapor de su cocción y un aroma que invita a degustar de manera inmediata.
Los sabores y experiencia en La braza fueron excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Cuenta con servicio para llevar por aplicación o diferentes servicios de reparto.
Este lugar si es algo diferente y vale cada peso que desembolsas..
On my first visit, a bit of expectation when I arrived at the entrance, a warehouse-type front that left me in doubt if it was working. Once inside I chose something far from the access and kitchen to be able to appreciate the whole area, they greet me with some tortilla chips and beans with a slightly smoky touch that enhances the flavor of said courtesy entree.
The menu is on one of the walls and also printed, if you wish via QR it is available at your table.
There were several options that he contemplated both in meats and in sushi outside the traditional in the area.
I opted for the Infiernito sushi with a flamed touch, melted cheese, sauce with spicy bacon at the end and all its contents very well. A totally explosive option for my palate in my first experience of that place.
The second option is cecina with guacamole (very good portions) thin as it should be on a board, still appreciating the steam from its cooking and an aroma that invites you to taste it immediately.
The flavors and experience at La braza were excellent, I highly recommend it.
It has a take away service by application or different delivery services.
This place is something different and it is worth every peso you spend..
