★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te informan de las promociones del día, al momento de pagar te suman el IVA cuando sus productos alimenticios ya deberían incluirlos, por lo que cuidado porque al precio de la carta debes sumarle el IVA.
Nos querían agregar otros productos que no habíamos pedido y son distraídos al momento de tomar la orden, esto no nos dió un buen sabor de boca al final de nuestra asistencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito el lugar. La atencion es regular y aveces mala, pedimos el come todo y te traen lo que quieren y te quieren meter el el 10% propina como si su servicio hubiera sido bueno.
Te quieren vender lo que los meseros digan.., como si no hubieras visitado otras sucursales.
Contraten a personal mas capacitado en esta sucursa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están adecuadas como en cualquier otra sucursal me ofrecieron el paquete de 1 kilo de alitas comentando que me convenía más que el come todo, supuestamente la alita que lleva es premium, al llevar mi orden observo que la alita es tamaño estándar no hay alas grandes, el baño de las alitas fue escaso no supe diferenciar los sabores de las tres salsas que elegí,ya que sus salsas no tenían un sabor que marcará mi paladar, las papas ala francesa estaban aguadas no parecían papas fritas impregnadas de puntos negros como de aceite muy quemado y sin un sabor a sal están simples, pedí una bebida de naranja de $55 pesos al igual muy escasa en sabor sabía más a agua mineral y la atención de la mesera fue mínima tenías que recordarle lo que le pedías.
Honestamente la comida deja mucho que desear y el costo no es muy económico .

Los meseros son muy malos atendiendo . En general el personal es prepotente es malo te dan la impresión de que ellos te están atendiendo a la fuerza . Incluso lo estoy narrando estando sentado a qui en el restaurante, todo el servicio es malo no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo vallas a otra BTK amigos .
Me desepciono totalmente pensé y creí sentir que tendría el servicio igual que en algunas sucursales.
Te ven mal te hacen sentir que no eres bienvenido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bonito el lugar y esta nuevo el servicio es muy bueno!!! Solo una duda las naranjadas de agua mineral saben horrible a mi gusto nooo. Los precios accesibles y las meseras muy amables solo una observación no te dejan sentar donde quieras . Te sientan ellos donde dicen algo en su contra . Aparte de que no tienen saleros, en la mesa y te tienes que esperar a que te atiendan en ese caso.
The place is very nice and it is new the service is very good!!! Just one doubt, mineral water orangeades taste horrible to my taste nooo. The affordable prices and the very friendly waitresses, just one observation, they do not let you sit where you want. They sit you down where they say something against you. Recomiendo el "Come todo" está muy rico, aunque lo que en lo personal no me agradó es que te dan de todos los sabores y tú no puedes elegir solo uno. De ahí en adelante todo está bien. La atención es excelente y son muy amables!
Además de que está bastante grande el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, tardan demasiado en tomar tu orden.Las hamburguesas son muy simples en relación calidad/precio. Incluso para darte uns bebida tardan mucho, las naranjadas y limonadas tienen un sabor horrible. En mi orden de papas a la francesa no incluyeron algo tan simple como capsut (cosa que en sucursales como Buenavista/Bellas Artes, los frascos de condimentos estan colocados en la mesa desde que tomas asiento).
Las alitas no tienen distinción en cuanto al sabor.
El lugar si es limpio, baños, mesas etc.
Pero el servicio es malo.
Si piensas esperar en la mesa de 30 a 40 minutos para degustar tus bebidas y/o alimentos este es tu lugar adecuado.
La verdad recomiendo otras sucursales.
