★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola que tal el día de hoy 30 de mayo quise festejar mi cumpleaños en la btk de explanada metiéndome con anterioridad a la página para checar horarios en el cual dice de 12 PM a 10 PM llegando nosotros a las 9:20 PM y ya tenían las puertas cerradas negándonos el acceso y diciendonos q cierran a las 9 :30 para pedirle a la gente se retire a las 10 PM yo tengo entendido que si los horarios dicen hasta las 10 a las 10 es el último acceso y hasta q se vaya el comensal calculando una cena entre mi pareja ,yo y varios invitados q estábamos esperando por su atención gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad estuvo muy bien el servicio, para ser honesto no iba con las mejores expectativas del servicio porque había leído las reseñas anteriores pero puedo decir que me sorprendió gratamente.
Al principio si fue un poco lento pero gracias a la magnífica atención de Juan M. mejoró significativamente ese individuo se merece un aumento porque sí es amable y atento.
The truth was the service was very good, to be honest I did not go with the best expectations of the service because I had read the previous reviews but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised.
At first it was a bit slow, but thanks to Juan M.'s magnificent attention, he improved significantly. That individual deserves a raise because he is kind and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar agradable pero la experiencia no lo fue, no tenían cerveza de Barril, la comida dejó mucho que desear, las zanahorias se ven negras y la papa… la papa solo la partieron a la mitad la calentaron y le pusieron el pollo arriba, muy xS, pensé que serían como en “las fabulosas papas” pero me decepcionó. La papa debiera estar suave y fácil de partir, parece algo cruda. No la terminé. Los empleados son amables y por eso le doy 2 estrellas, pero pues la comida… ?
The place was nice but the experience was not, they did not have draft beer, the food left a lot to be desired, the carrots look black and the potato... the potato was only cut in half, they heated it up and they put the chicken on top, very xS, I thought they would be like in “fabulous potatoes” but I was disappointed. The potato should be soft and easy to split, it seems somewhat raw. I didn't finish it. The employees are friendly and that's why I give it 2 stars, but then the food... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, desde el principio 10 minutos esperando que alguien tomara la orden hasta que se les reclamó, los meseros amables en general, las papas recalentadas-frías súper poquitas y delgaditas, porción muy pequeña, las alitas "X" pequeñas también y algo secas o recalentadas...ni el brownie estuvo bueno ☹️ es caro para la calidad de alimentos y servicio. No volvemos.
2 personas sin comer ni beber excesivo $750 definitivamente hay mejores lugares en Pachuca y más baratos ? nada que ver con otras experiencias en BTK CDMX y tiene un rato que ya el precio no lo hace conveniente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es amplio, muy bien ubicado, h cuenta con diferentes tiendas comerciales, de ropa, calzado, comida y demás servicios.
Además de contar con diversas áreas de entretenimiento, en especial para niños. Es petfriendly, lo que hace que sea aún más concurrida.
