★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the ambiance, the cocktails and food choices. A complete gastronomic experience. Great for a beautiful afternoon or night with friends. Due to covid, the restaurant hours have changed to 12-6 pm. Parties must arrive before 4 pm, as it does have a hard close time of 6 pm; enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This is a total high-end steakhouse in a swanky section of town. The presentation of all the food was over the top and visually stunning (that's the churro below!) Very lively and fun ambiance but not to loud. Extremely attentive staff. No wonder they say CDMX has some of the best restaurants in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good time at la Buena Barra in Polanco. It’s a place to see and be seen. This is definitely a meat lovers restaurant. The vibe is cool on Thursday to Saturday for late lunch until the end of the evening. The music is on point and the staff is great. Highly recommend making a reservation if not you will either wait a long time for a table or not get in at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an unfortunate experience here at this restaurant. The service was off. Out of 10 of us they didn't get 2 of our drink orders until I had to ask a manager for our drinks. Then I ordered my steak well done (yes I know well done isn't the most common) but it was burnt. There IS a difference between well done and burnt.I never return my food, I hate waste but it wasn't cheap and wasn't what I ordered. I told the waiter and he said that there was nothing they could do. Then the manager came over and said the same and that it would not be taken off our check and they would not make it right nor met us half way with a discount. Then after he left the waiter came very nervously telling me that they were going to take it off his pay if we kept persisting. I totally feel cheated and disgusted by their approach. After taking my plate they returned with it and asked if I'd like to finish eating it. Zero on customer service.

They free poblano soup was good and not spicy, the mixology was really good as well very pretty and cool for instagram! The French fries, the esquites, the lobster, the salmon, the ribeye, the tacos, everything we ordered was on point and I was very happy with the food! I would definitely come back!
