★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOOD DRINKS AMBIANCE SERVICE. This is one of the best restaurants to have a great meal in this city. Meat dishes are specialty, but honestly you can't go wrong with ANY dish. Starters, desserts and drinks are amazing. High quality food, great plating, excelent service, nice ambiance. Price/value ratio is perfect. Just go, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited recently. I ordered the rib eye, octopus, grilled vegetables, queso fundido (so so), and churros. I enjoyed the food and ambiance. Great service with the exception that they clear your plate without asking if you are done. You don't get between a girl and her food.

The service was great, the place was sparkling clean, it was a quiet night but it might had been because we went on a Monday, nonetheless the ambiance was great!
We sat on the patio and had the heater on as it was a bit chilly. We started with the chicharron and the noodles, delicious! We also ordered the octopus and corns on the cob, all delicious as well!
I tried one of their signature drinks, it was served in a super cool way!
I recommend this place 100% and I can’t wait to go back on my next visit to Monterrey!

When they assigned us that table number, it sounded like we were going to have a great night, it wasn't the case.
It seems the restaurant is having its financial problems, last 3 times we ate from Buena Barra, we've got not fresh, bad quality, reheated, defrosted seafood, with a bad taste of freezer / microwave. Last time it gave us a stomach ache that lasted several hours. In the bathroom expensive handsoap bottles were refilled with cheapest soap, handtowels were cut-out paper towels. I complained nicely, what I want is a good place to eat, not a discount; I've got none, but a false sense of being listened.
The Buena Barra beer was great and the dessert was good too.
It wasn't always like this, from a year back it was a great place, with great food, right now they are cutting corners and thinking the customer won't notice. We don't see ourselves returning anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent the waiters were very knowledgeable of the menu and especially the drinks. The presentation and attention to detail was by far the best I've seen outside of Paris. I came here by accident because my UBER driver dropped me off in the wrong location but it was an amazing accident. I'll definitely return here for more drinks and great food.
