★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Para la entrega de un paquete se tardaron una hora diez minutos, no me mandaron cubiertos y lo imperdonable: una cucaracha en la sopa de tortilla. Exijo limpieza del punto de venta.
 Terrible service. It took ten hours for the delivery of a package, they didn't send me cutlery and the unforgivable: a cockroach in the tortilla soup. I demand cleaning of the point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio. Se me cobró la comida, esperé por mas de una hora y simplemente sin mayor explicación cancelaron mi pedido. Ahora argumentan que debo arreglarme con mi banco para el reembolso.
Terrible home service. I was charged for the food, I waited for more than an hour and simply without further explanation they canceled my order. Now they argue that I must arrange with my bank for the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida rica y saludable. Súper buena opción para comer entre semana. Pedí una pechuga empanizada que recomiendo mucho, traía verduras al vapor y fideo seco con chipotle. Riquísimo!
Me gustaría que no usaran tantos desechables (cubiertos y vasos y mucho plástico) sobretodo si pides para comer ahí.

Rich and healthy food. Super good option to eat during the week. I ordered a breaded breast that I highly recommend, it brought steamed vegetables and dried noodles with chipotle. Delicious!
I would like them not to use so many disposables (cutlery and glasses and a lot of plastic) especially if you ask to eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que atiende en mostrador en Samara siempre trae mala cara. No le gusta contestar preguntas y parece que hace un esfuerzo para atender, cosa irónica tomando en cuenta la frase motivacional que tienen en el mostrador.
The staff who serve the counter in Samara always wear a bad face. He does not like answering questions and seems to make an effort to attend, which is ironic considering the motivational phrase they have on the counter.

I liked his original style of making good seasoning and very nutritious wraps and salads. A little high price but worth it, good proportions.

En Samara me dieron un bowl con un gusano vivo, solo se disculparon y no cobraron nada. Muy malas experiencias

Compre uno de sus platillos y me sirvieron una guarnición de papas. Una de las papas TENÍA UN GUSANO.
No se cuánto tiempo tengan las papas guardadas o si no las desinfectan bien o pero me queda la duda si realmente desinfectan lo que venden. Fue una terrible experiencia, y cuando le comenté a la señorita que me vendió que quería hablar con el gerente simplemente me dijo que no estaba. Pésima atención, pésima comida, pésima higiene. NO COMAN AHÍ.

I bought one of their dishes and they served me a side of potatoes. One of the potatoes HAD A WORM.
I do not know how long the potatoes have been stored or if they do not disinfect them well or but I am left wondering if they really disinfect what they sell. It was a terrible experience, and when I mentioned to the lady who sold me that she wanted to speak to the manager, she simply said she was not there. Bad attention, bad food, bad hygiene. DO NOT EAT THERE.
