★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no avisan cuando va a estar, mínimo la atención al cliente debe de ser prioridad, son groseras, no siguen horarios, cada vez que hablaba por mi ropa para pedirla a domicilio, al principio entendi que "no habia repartidores, hasta que hubiera uno disponible", después fue costumbre..., llegaban a las 10:00 am- 11:00 am, despues llamaba a las 4:00-5:00 pm para saber que onda con mi ropa y al principio me dijeron que estaría hasta mañana, que eso me tenían que decir... lo deje pasar en una ocasión, en la segunda POR DIOS... que no va a estar hasta el día siguiente OTRA VEZ, y les pedí que eso me hubieran informado ANTES de SOLICITAR EL SERVICIO... que queria mi ropa de vuelta porque MÍNIMO ir a lavarla a una cerca donde pudiera ir a lavar LA ROPA QUE NECESITABA para ese día ??, y me dijeron "no hay repartidor, están comiendo", la vez pasada paso lo mismo y la excusa fue la misma y hable aprox 1:00 pm... A VER, quiere decir que los repartidores comen casi 4-5 hrs????, atención MALISIMA, MUCHO QUE DESEAR, NO LO RECOMIENDO definitivamente.

LET'S SEE, does it mean that the delivery men eat almost 4-5 hrs ????, MUCH attention, MUC HO WHAT YOU WANT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, quedan en tener la prenda a cierta hora y fecha y cuando vas a recogerlo ni siquiera lo tienen ahí... me aseguraron DOS veces que sí lo tendrían en la fecha indicada. Cuando pedí un reembolso me dicen que "lo justo sería sólo la mitad" "para no perderle"... yo tuve que comprar OTRO vestido .l. que se vayan alv y mejor busquen otro lugar :)
Terrible service, they agree to have the garment at a certain time and date and when you go to pick it up they don't even have it there ... they assured me TWICE that they would have it on the indicated date. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo utilizo el servicio de planchado y super bien ??. Se tardan algo de tiempo entre que llevas tu ropa y la entrega, pero si no tienes alguna prisa por obtenerla todo bien ✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen servicio de lavandería, con la facilidad de recolecta y entrega a domicilio, además de los precios muy económicos que suelen manejar, más bajos que en otras lavanderías similares. También puedes ir tú misma o tú mismo a lavar tu ropa y solo te cobrarían el servicio de la lavadora y de la secadora. Recomendada.
