★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad una delicia, buen servicio, muy atentos. El ambiente también es maravilloso, es una agradable experiencia. Los había visto y no me atrevía y qué bueno que hoy vinimos porque todo fue excelente.
Los precios son justos y las porciones grandes.
Se me olvidó tomar foto de la hamburguesa, estaba tan deliciosa y su olor me cautivó de inmediato que no me pude resistir.
 Truly a delight, good service, very attentive. The atmosphere is also wonderful, it is a pleasant experience. I had seen them and I did not dare and how good we came today because everything was excellent.
The prices are fair and the portions large.
I forgot to take a picture of the hamburger, it was so delicious and its smell immediately captivated me that I could not resist.

El dueño del negocio se comunicó con nosotros al poco tiempo de lo sucedido y nos ofreció unas amables disculpas, una explicación de todo lo que pasó, así como traernos los alimentos faltantes y otros adicionales.
Pedí servicio a domicilio dos hamburguesas y solo me llego una. Llame y me contestaron que no se hacen responsables. La que atiende no tiene ni idea de lo que lo que está pasando y le pregunta a todos los demás trabajadores si salieron las hamburguesas.

The owner of the business contacted us shortly after what happened and offered us a kind apology, an explanation of everything that happened, as well as bringing us the missing food and other extras.
I ordered two burgers for home delivery and I only got one. I called and they told me that they are not responsible. The attendant has no idea what is going on and asks all the other workers if the burgers came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es como un mercadito y hay varios menús, las hamburguesas de la burg están buenas, cuando te las sirven se ven un poco pequeñas pero si no eres de comer mucho quedas lleno(todas incluyen papas) , el día que fui casi no había gente y ya no se ve el food truck( ahora hay como una cocina adentro donde preparan todo) la mesera fue muy amable y el lugar esta muy agradable
It's like a little market and there are several menus, the burgers from the burg are good, when they are served to you they look a bit small but if you don't eat much you will be full (they all include potatoes), the day I went there were hardly any people and The food truck is no longer visible (now there is a kitchen inside where they prepare everything) the waitress was very kind and the place is very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food truck in Merida. Clean, well lit, friendly staff. The location feels good. Ordered a frappe and two burgers medium. The frappe was delicious, the burgers came out pretty quickly and were pretty rare. We sent one back and it came out quickly and was now medium rare. Still super tasty with good buns. I ordered a frappe to go and finished it on the walk back to the Hilton Garden Inn Merida. They are open until 2 am with a good selection of burgers and frappes. You may choose the weight of your beef burger but may substitute chicken or pork. There are a fee non-meat choices as well.
