In few places do you find it like this, and if you don't finish them that day, the next day they are just as good, unlike in other places where the fruit went bad the next day. The escamocha is recommended at ?%, it is prepared in the traditional way, from the morning the fruit is split, placed in the glass rack and the orange juice is added and left to rest in the fridge, the result: a very rich, fresh escamocha , balanced, but mainly a delicious flavor. Not like in other places where the fruit is split at the moment and then the orange juice is added, so it doesn't even taste like escamocha.
