Pero el día de ayer una de las empleadas se negó a venderme productos argumentando que no sé quería quedar sin cambio y el billete era de $200 pesos y despotamente me dijo "llévate tu dinero". Increíble que personas cómo ella, prefieran cien veces perder a un cliente qué dar $170 pesos de cambio ¿En dónde está la satisfacción del cliente? Supongo que ella no lo sabe. Estuvimos 30 minutos esperando a que nos dieran el menú y tomaran la orden, nunca lo hicieron así que mejor nos fuimos. Había varios meseros pero solo nos daban largas o ignoraban. A otras mesas también los ignoraban, ni siquiera les traían la cuenta y mejor se iban a pagar a la caja. We went to the restaurant on a Sunday at 12pm, it was not rush hour. We waited 30 minutes for them to give us the menu and take the order, they never did, so we better left. There were several waiters but they just kept us off or ignored us. De hecho si no es por los chavos y chavas que trabajan ahí no regresaría. Los dueños se sienten soñados y que les hacemos el favor de ir, sobre todo el Sr. jajaja que flojera. Nunca los ves atendiendo ni entrados en el negocio y se siente como consumidor. Si me preguntas, recomiendas el lugar, la verdad....NO Consume Local! The service of the waitresses is very good. No culpo a los meseros, ellos muy amables, sin embargo si creo que deberían evaluar la cantidad de personal que no se dan abasto. Los alimentos muy buenos la verdad. Si regresaría pero mentalizada a qué la espera va a ser larga It would be a 5 star if it weren't for the fact that the service is too slow. Para iniciar tardan absurdamente demasiado para el solo hecho de llevarte un menú, estuvimos una hora esperando la comida, mi acompañante tuvo que ir a la cocina por ella y para colmo nos salió un cabello en un hotcake. Le comentamos a la mesera y no dijo "esos accidentes ocurren en la cocina ¿ya deberían saberlo?, no tenemos personal por si conocen de alguien". Me gustaría decir que estoy exagerando pero así sucedió. Me sorprende demasiado que aún tengan clientes.
