★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primera vista se ve como cualquier restaurante rústico de la región. El piso es de tierra y con las lluvias puede ser un poco inestable la superficie, aún así está limpio. En cuanto llegas te atienden rápido y te ofrecen alguna bebida. Las mesas son pequeñas de modo que si vas en un grupo grande tienen que juntar varias para caber, aun así lo hacen con gusto y te sientes como en casa de un familiar por el trato cordial. El menú no es tan amplio pero es variado y lo suficientemente exótico para que saques a relucir tu paladar aventurero. Probé la costilla en salsa de chicatana y fue una agradable sorpresa. El armadillo también lo probé al mojo de ajo y me gustó. Si no quieres probar algo nuevo, ofrecen mariscos y carne asada, además de la clásica pechuga, verde de espinazo y chiles rellenos. Todo se complementa con un buen mezcal para expandir las sensaciones y sabores. Recomendable para ir con tu familia o amigos a comer o crudear.
At first glance it looks like any rustic restaurant in the region. The floor is dirt and with the rains the surface can be a bit unstable, it is still clean. As soon as you arrive they take care of you quickly and offer you a drink. The tables are small so if you go in a large group they have to put several together to fit, even so they do it with pleasure and you feel at home with a family member because of the cordial treatment. The menu is not that extensive but it is varied and exotic enough to bring out your adventurous palate. I tried the rib in chicatana sauce and it was a nice surprise. I also tried the armadillo with garlic mojo and I liked it. If you don't want to try something new, they offer seafood and grilled meat, in addition to the classic brisket, backbone greens and stuffed chiles. Everything is complemented with a good mezcal to expand the sensations and flavors. Recommended to go with your family or friends to eat or eat.
